Found My Dad's Guitar: What Is It?

I found my dad's guitar in its case and do not know the model. What should I send for identification?

Start with the full front and back, the headstock and any visible markings. A few clear photos are more useful than a guessed model name.

The case has an old receipt too. I will keep that with the guitar.
